Appointment Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

Appointment confirmations are sent via WhatsApp. If your appointment is not confirmed within 5 hours of receiving our confirmation message, the booking will be automatically cancelled by our system.
Clients who cancel at the last minute before 60 minutes of the appointment time or fail to attend their appointment on two occasions will have the missed appointment deducted as a completed treatment session from the package.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best experience for all our clients.

يتم إرسال رسالة تأكيد الموعد عبر تطبيق واتساب. في حال عدم تأكيد الحجز خلال ٥ ساعات من استلام رسالة التأكيد، سيتم إلغاء الموعد تلقائيًا من قبل النظام.
في حال إلغاء الموعد في اللحظات الأخيرة قبل ساعة من الموعد أو عدم الحضور إلى الموعد لمرتين، سيتم احتساب الموعد كجلسة منفذة وخصمه من باقة العلاج الخاصة بالعميل/العميلة.
